Vote or Die
Citizen Change is a national, non-partisan and non-profit organization
created to educate, motivate, and empower the more than 42 million Americans
aged 18 to 30 that are eligible to vote on November 2nd --also known
as the “forgotten ones.” Founded by businessman, entertainer,
actor, producer and designer Sean “P. Diddy” Combs, Citizen
Change has one mission: to make voting hot, sexy and relevant to a generation
that hasn't reached full participation in the political process.
New Voter
Project
The New Voters Project is a non-partisan campaign dedicated to increasing
voter turnout among 18-24-year-olds in 2004. We are sponsored by the
state PIRGs and the George Washington University Graduate School of
Political Management.

Net
DNet - is a project of the League of Women Voters Education Fund. It
is an interactive platform designed to improve the quality of voter
information and create a more educated and engaged electorate. It provides
information on the federal, state, and local officials, how they vote,
as well as how to contact them. DNet also encourages candidates to address
a wider range of issues, and to address them in greater depth, than
they might in other media.
Project Vote Smart

is seeking your vote? Project Vote Smart, a citizen's organization,
has developed a Voter's Self-Defense system to provide you with the
necessary tools to self-govern effectively: abundant, accurate, unbiased
and relevant information. As a national library of factual information,

basic categories: biographical information, issue positions, voting

League of Women Voters
This web site not only gives you the most up-to-date information, it

at the federal, state and local levels. The League of Women Voters,
a nonpartisan political organization, encourages the informed and active
participation of citizens in government, works to increase understanding
of major public policy issues, and influences public policy through
education and advocacy.
National Association
for the Advancement of Colored People
The mission of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored
People is to ensure the political, educational, social and economic
equality of rights of all persons and to eliminate racial hatred and
racial discrimination. The vision of the National Association for the
Advancement of Colored People is to ensure a society in which all individuals
have equal rights and there is no racial hatred or racial discrimination.
National Women’s
Political Caucus
Shirley Chisholm was a founding member of the NWPC. The National Women's
Political Caucus is a multicultural, intergenerational, and multi-issue
grassroots organization dedicated to increasing women’s participation
in the political process and creating a true women’s political
power base to achieve equality for all women. NWPC recruits, trains
and supports pro-choice women candidates for elected and appointed offices
at all levels of government regardless of party affiliation. In addition
to financial donations, the Caucus offers campaign training for candidates
and campaign managers, as well as technical assistance and advice. State
and local chapters provide support to candidates running for all levels
of office by helping raise money and providing crucial hands-on volunteer
assistance.

House Project
The White House Project (WHP) is a national, non-partisan organization
dedicated to advancing women's leadership across sectors and fostering
the entry of women into all positions of leadership, including the U.S.
presidency.
American Association of
Retired People
AARP is a nonprofit, nonpartisan membership organization for people
age 50 and over. AARP is dedicated to enhancing quality of life for
all as we age. We lead positive social change and deliver value to members
through information, advocacy and service.
